My name is Alyssa Weishaar and I am a fitness and lifestyle coach with over ten years of experience. My background is in gymnastics, which I still practice to this day. I fell in love with Kettlebells when I started at Rebell in 2012, and was inspired to get serious and train for the level 1 certification, which I earned earlier this year. As I became consistent with my kettlebell training, I saw a significant increase in my strength, and major changes in my body. I use kettlebell training, strength training, nutrition, and bodywork to help my clients transform into the best versions of themselves.

I believe strength training develops power that stays with clients for the rest of their lives. With that power comes the responsibility to take care of oneself, and to that I am also a Precision Nutrition certified coach and educate my clients on the fundamentals of healthy eating.
